Should the need arise, you can change the appointment time using the link at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email (edit booking link).
It is desirable that you briefly outline your needs when booking and/or that we have spoken in advance, so that we can be sure that we will be able to respond immediately when you bring in your camper van.
The duration varies depending on the type of service and the availability of necessary spare parts. Some services are completed within 1 hour, but others may take significantly longer. We will specify the duration as soon as we have all the information.
Coming very soon - yes, our Lounge area is currently under construction, where you can wait with a cup of coffee and browse the store.
Every day (including Saturdays and Sundays) between 8 AM and 7 PM, after you have booked an appointment or we have spoken on the phone.
It is also possible to drop off the camper the day before and leave it overnight at the service center.
